Not just a country of hot deserts! Sitting between the Caspian Sea (to its north) and Persian Gulf (to its south), Iran enjoys all four seasons and boasts every conceivable landscape: cold snowy mountains -including world class skiing resorts- in the north, lush and leafy subtropical forests -including enchanting waterfalls- in the northwest, stunning desserts in the centre and, golden beaches with azure waters and palm trees in the south!
